Supported Living Services

With Nice Flow Care’s supported living service, staff can offer a personalized care service that enables you to maintain your independence in the comfort and privacy of your new home. Whether you need specialist nursing care or just need assistance with daily duties, our 24 hour live-in care staff can deliver a service suited to your specific requirements. Our 24-hour live-in care service provides peace of mind for your friends and relatives, ensuring that you are receiving help and assistance from highly qualified healthcare experts.Our services consist of both regulated and unregulated activities where we promote service users residing within the community whether in Sheltered & Extra Care Housing; Short-term Supported Housing or Long-Term Housing.

 

Semi Independent Living

We adapt to providing suitable accommodation within the community. Semi-independent living is shared for convenience.

Our 16 plus Semi-independent Living accommodation, with Nice Flow Care’s provides 24-hour staff. We promote independence through key work sessions through our independent skills course. We address all areas of support for our young people into adulthood.

We address all areas of support for our young people into adulthood. We create a comprehensive care plan for you that will explain all of your needs, allowing us to provide an incredibly effective care service. We will evaluate this agreement with you regularly to ensure that our care service continues to adjust to your evolving requirements and priorities. Our program is outcome-driven, assisting you in maintaining maximum independence and allowing you to exercise flexibility and choice over your treatment. We use a collaborative approach, partnering closely with you, your relatives, and other healthcare providers engaged in your treatment to ensure a reliable plan is adopted.

We offer innovative and vibrant approaches of support in various areas such as:

  • Child Sexual exploitation
  • Child Criminal exploitation
  • Substance abuse
  • Morden slavery
  • Offending behaviours
  • Eating Disorders
  • Missing episodes
  • Unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people
  • Challenging behavioural difficulties
  • Emotional behavioural difficulties
  • Learning difficulties/disabilities, social and communication difficulties including Autistic Spectrum Disorders
  • Specialised support of young people identifying as LGBTQ

As part of our role, we also ensure we liaise with social workers, Independent reviewing officers, CAMHS, Solicitors, Home office, housing officers, youth justice team and police.

We ensure that we attend all relevant meetings for each young person. These meetings include, strategy meetings, looked after children meetings, personal education plans, placement p­­­­lanning meetings, health appointments, home office appointments and all relevant appointments.

 

Supported Living Accommodation

Our supported living accommodation consists of both regulated and unregulated activities where we promote service users residing within the community to be integrated into their environment. We cater for short term and long term housing. We deliver services to clients who prefer to have on-site staff on a 24-hour basis.
Staffs accompany clients to all significant appointments and engagements.

Our supported living accommodations are for all persons over the age of 18.
